She has to also observe competitors’ web portals and work to implement necessary updates to ensure that our portal is more functional and has better user interface than the competitors. She also has to examine the feedbacks sent by the clients about the company’s web portal for its user interface, functionality and errors. Leena has to also prepare SRS documents for software developers to implement web portal features to make it more user-friendly and to provide more functionality to the clients. She has to also ensure correctness of test cases and code implemented by the developers. She has to verify all the security measures on the portal especially in the area of the payment gateway.
